Yesterday for lunch I ate a hamburger. I didn’t feel so great after I ate it – I’ve been trying to cut back on grease and other non-essentials so I’m sure I kind of shocked my body. Not the smartest thing I’ve done this week. So today I brought my lunch and decided to try something new . . . and it worked! 🙂
I got a tortilla shell, filled it with avocado, cut up cherry tomatoes, green onions, and bacon bits. That’s all I added, but it tasted great. And I’m pretty sure I won’t feel as gross as I did yesterday.
Also while on my lunch break, I called a friend I hadn’t talked to in a while. I just needed to vent about certain things and they were things she understood, so I was grateful for the listening ear. 😉
Tomorrow is a big day for me: MY BIRTHDAY. My employer is closed, so I get a rare birthday day off this year. My kids and I will be hanging out which is perfect.
