Thirty minutes goes fast when you have things to do!
My first stop was to pick up an oil for a friend. My up-line person/friend for Young Living oils had an oil for another friend so the latter friend wouldn’t have to pay shipping for it. Get it? 🙂
Peace & Calming oil is great for, well, peace and calming. This is what it says on the Young Living website:
Peace & Calming® is a gentle, fragrant blend. When diffused, it helps calm tensions and uplift the spirit, promoting relaxation and a deep sense of peace. When massaged on the bottoms of the feet, it can be a wonderful prelude to a peaceful night’s rest. Peace & Calming may be especially calming and comforting to young children after an overactive and stressful day.
This one is on my wish list (along with about 20 other oils . . .)
My second and final stop was to Goodwill. My lovely husband cleaned out the garage this weekend and found a lot of things we’ve been hanging onto that just needed to be let go.
There’s even more behind the toy scooter thing that you can’t see in this picture: shoes, stuffed animals, etc. It’s a good feeling to A: purge and B: give it to someone else that can use it.
And then I had to hightail it back to work so I wouldn’t be late. It’s been one of “those” days today but I am fighting back against my circumstances. It’s hard work, but it has to have a good outcome!
- Having a “purge fest” on your house and garage once a year is a healthy thing.
- Sometimes Western medicine isn’t the ONLY way to make you feel better.
